The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Do I need to provide you with cleaning products and equipment?
    No, we will bring our own cleaning products and equipment. We are more than happy to use your own specialist cleaning product designed to look after your particular surfaces around your home or business, we can discuss this at our initial meeting.
  • Do you offer any eco friendly, non toxic products?
    Yes, on request we are able to provide cleaning using ecological and environmentally friendly products. As a business we care about environment and constantly looking for new ways to move in this direction.
  • Will I have to be at home when my cleaner visits?
    No, this is not necessary. After the initial consultation, we will discuss with you your cleaning requirements and meet a solution that suits you and your schedule. The cleaner will know exactly what needs to be carried out, all you will need to do is make arrangements for us to gain access.
  • Can I have a weekend or evening clean?
    Yes, we can accommodate weekend and evening cleans, if this is preferable. Customers will not incur additional costs for evening or weekend visits.
  • How many hours do I need?
    This will depend on the size of your home or office. We will always arrange a free initial home visit to view your space to see what you need. We may need to deep clean it first so that we can continue with our exceptional standards moving forward, allowing us to bring your home to our standard of cleanliness. After your initial first clean a routine cleaner will visit from 3 to 4 hours for average homes in order to maintain the results of our initial deep clean.
  • Do you offer flexible times for cleaning?
    Our services can be scheduled in the evening and on weekends minimising disruptions and distractions to your home or office environment.
  • Can I have a clean as little as once a month?
    Absolutely. We believe any home will benefit from our fabulous cleaning services. We can always guarantee to elevate the cleanliness of your home to the next level.
  • How do we choose and vet our cleaners?
    We are very selective about our cleaners, we choose only the best, who have a high attention to detail and are very meticulous. In addition to this we provide them with full training with our own proven and thorough methods.
  • Are you ok with my pets being around during a cleaning visit?
    Yes, this is not a problem for us. We love animals and we re used to being licked and followed by our customers’ pets
  • Are you insured?
    Yes. We are insured and covered for domestic and commercial cleaning services.
  • How do we pay you?
    You will be invoiced within 24 hours of our cleaning visit and will have up to 7 days to pay us using bank transfer. We don’t take cash payments, but in some exceptional circumstances we will accept it.
  • How much cancellation notice do I need to give?
    We would require at least 48 hour notice to cancel your cleaning visit. However if the notice has been provided less than 48 hours prior the visit you will still be charged for 1 hour cleaning fee.
  • Do I get anything for recommending your services?
    Absolutely, for each new customer we gain from your recommendation you will receive one hour free deep cleaning service.

Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

You will be invoiced within 24 hours of our cleaning visit. Please pay within 7 days by bank transfer. We don’t take cash payments, but in some exceptional circumstances we will accept it.

Cancellation Policy

We would require at least 48 hour notice to cancel your cleaning booking. If the notice has been provided less than 48 hours prior the visit you will be charged for 1 hour cleaning fee
